The YADP runs Monday through Saturday. Because we understand that rest is necessary to repair and rebuild, athletes select up to 4 days to train. To maintain quality of instruction, class sizes are limited to 12 young athletes.

As in our other programs, we monitor each athlete's development through skill evaluation and assessment. In addition, young athletes and parents will receive constant sleep and nutritional advice throughout the duration of the program in order to maximize the benefits stemming from their hard work. Counseling will include nutritional strategies to improve in-game performance as well as for maintaining energy levels throughout the school week.
It is never too early to train your neuromuscular system to learn new motor programs or develop strength. In the YADP, each athlete will learn and master foundational youth speed and agility as well as athletic movement patterns vital to athletic success: for this season and for years to come. Recent research in young athletes has proved that young elementary and middle school athletes CAN strength train and perform scaled speed, agility, and plyometric drills without hindering their growth when performed in a safe environment using proper technique and monitored by degreed and certified professionals. Through carefully applied movements and exercises performed through multiple directions, FSP coaches assist youth athletes in the Roswell/ Alpharetta/ Milton area in taking the first step toward a long athletic career.
