THE FSP PROCESS
We have a multi-tiered, multi-phase process for ensuring athletic success for all sports, from youth rec to the professional level. Speed and strength win championships. However, nothing happens in a vacuum. Speed occurs in all directions, not just linearly. Throwing velocity comes from your entire body, not just your arms. FSP's programs are centered around explosively putting force into the ground. Whether through Olympic weightlifting variations, explosive jump training or single- / multi-joint movement patterns, FSP helps athletes transfer their learned abilities and skills into gametime success.
As current coaches and former athletes, we recognize the importance of durability and staying in the game. While one of our major roles as strength and conditioning coaches is to increase athletic performance, we feel our most important role is in injury prevention. We accomplish this by improving joint mobility, decreasing harmful joint impact, proper force absorption, and strictly monitoring joint sequencing during explosive movements.After all, it doesn't matter how good you are if you can't stay on the field.

Professional strength and conditioning coaches know more about human movement and sports performance than we ever have in human history. However, science is always evolving. Each FSP strength and conditioning coach in Roswell works tirelessly to stay on the forefront of exercise science and sports performance. This constant continuing education process equips us with the advanced techniques to maintain our high standard of excellence and alter our programs as new knowledge becomes available.
There is no squat rack on the field. The primary focus of our programs is to foster athletic growth. While success in the weightroom has a powerful impact on sports performance, having a heavy squat doesn't guarantee a fast 40 yard dash. Our programs place athletes in an environment designed to improve sports performance. As such, our movement patterns are tailored to each athlete's unique body, rather than tailoring the athlete to a standardized movement. Our ability to deliver individualized attention in a supportive group setting, provides athletes the ability to compete against themselves and others on their journey.
