WHO IS IT FOR?
Everyone 16 years and older interested in improving their overall fitness level and quality of life. If you have more specific goals in mind, let us know! We'll guide you through the group workout with a specific strategy to assist you in attaining your goals.
GXT in Roswell is an all-encompassing group fitness training program for adult athletes and non-athletes alike. Similarly to our Sports Performance Programs, GXT's group training sessions are comprised of periodized strength and conditioning workouts with a greater emphasis on complete fitness and overall health to break through plateaus and promote sustainable strength and fat loss. Participants will receive professional coaching of proper technique, posture, and mobility through a variety of exercises and workouts by degreed and certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches. There is no need to be intimidated by the thought of "training" as opposed to "exercising". Our workouts are scalable to all abilities and fitness levels. Every exercise can be altered to suit your specific needs. All skill levels and abilities can train together seamlessly in a fun, semi-competitive environment that blends functional training with sports performance concepts.
All GXT members take their first testing session prior to beginning their program and receive constant nutritional counseling while enrolled. GXT sessions run on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 7am and 8am. Cycles run for 4 weeks with the 4th week being a de-load/ active recovery week. To maintain quality of instruction, class sizes are limited to 18.
Not only do GXT members feel the improvements, they see them as well. Our comprehensive testing battery examines all aspects of physical fitness to show you the results of your hard work.
Additionally, GXT members receive periodized strength training programs to ensure proper progression and success in the program. Whether your goal is muscle mass, strength, or effective weight loss, GXT is for you.
