FSP football players train muscles and movements that correlate to on-field performance as well as the muscle groups that aren't actively used quite as often. We refer to it as the gas pedal vs. the brake pedal. Athletes with a strong gas pedal perform. Athletes with a strong brake pedal resist injury. FSP football players have both.

Football players that register for one of our sports performance programs will be able to train seamlessly alongside athletes from all sports, building their personal athletic profile while simultaneously broadening their athletic scope.

No matter what position you play, football requires speed, agility, quick feet, strength, power, and durability if you're going to dominate the gridiron. With the advent of dual-threat quarterbacks and lightning-fast defenses, these qualities are more important than ever! While we don't teach position-specific skills--those responsibilities belong to position coaches and they're the experts at it--the degreed and certified FSP strength and conditioning coaches are here to help you get bigger, faster, and stronger, while reducing your risk of injury... regardless of what side of the ball you're on.

  • Explosive 1st-step quickness to scramble out of the pocket, get off the line of scrimmage, or make a tackle.

  • Quicker feet to react to evolving plays and initiate more explosive cuts and turns when running routes.

  • Knee, hip, and ankle stability to reduce instance of contact- and non contact-related injury.

  • Improved strength for deep passes, increased economy of movement, and bigger hits.
