• All new athletes must schedule and complete a New Athlete Assessment.
  • Because of the intensity of the program and the need for young bodies to grow and repair, Elite Athletes choose no more than 4 sessions per week.
  • Recommended sessions per week will vary depending on whether each athlete is in-season or not.
  • A minimum of 2 sessions per week is recommended to achieve best results, regardless of being in- or-out-of season.
  • In order to maintain quality of instruction, each Elite Athlete session roster is capped at 18 athletes.
  • Flexible packaging is available for the EADP. Contact FSP today to take the next step in your athletic career!

WEEKLY LOAD-VOLUME BREAKDOWN

HOW WE DO IT

ELITE PERFORMANCE TRAINING IN ROSWELL

Being former athletes themselves, FSP coaches know that training is imperative, but it's only part of the battle. Training and playing sports breaks down tissues in a way that forces the body to adapt to the stress and rebuild. However, the body can't rebuild if it's not receiving adequate rest and sleep. Adolescent bodies need more energy than anyone. The food they eat has to fuel neuromuscular growth due to athletics and training in addition to normal biological growth that all humans go through. Without adequate food intake, the body can't grow or repair properly. Lastly, water is a catalyst for just about every chemical reaction the body undergoes when moving, helps clear unwanted waste, and acts as a coolant to prevent overheating. Inadequate hydration prevents proper recovery and decreases muscle function when you need it the most. That's why each FSP coach promotes smart recovery, nutrition, and hydration strategies.

EADP athletes will also have the opportunity to communicate directly with professional collegiate recruiters. Our affiliation with Eagle Eye Sports gives our elite players the ability to receive academic counseling, standardized test preparation services, and specialized recruitment from a firm with an outstanding college placement record.

Each athlete is tested periodically to ensure proper development using evidence-based assessment protocols. At the beginning of their programs, athletes will learn foundational movement patterns critical to success in all sports and levels of athletics. It's important to understand that no two athletes are alike. Varying limb lengths, muscle fiber distributions, heights, and weights mean that athletes have very different biomechanical requirements for pushing, pulling, squatting, and hinging. FSP athletes are initially progressed slowly as they further develop a strong foundation and acquire new motor programs. As they advance through the phases, their training intensity increases, with new set/rep schemes and more difficult progressions of each exercise and drill being prescribed.

In sports, speed wins. In the EADP, athletes will run faster, hit harder, throw with more velocity, and reduce their risk of injury as they master proper technique and efficient performance of field-proven multi-direction plyometric, speed, and agility drills. They'll advance through multiple Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting progressions in a collegiate-style program scaled to the middle school/ high school athlete and instructed by battle-tested degreed and certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches. The EADP was designed by athletes, for athletes, to properly develop athletic foundation and improve upon it year-round
